Ultimate Creamy Steak Pasta Delight!

1. Prepare fettuccine as per its packet’s guidance until it reaches the al dente texture. Once done, drain and keep aside.
2. Using a broad skillet, melt the butter over a medium flame.
3. To the butter, add the minced garlic. Let it cook until it’s aromatic, which will take about a minute. Toss in the cherry tomatoes next and sauté for another minute.
4. Dim the flame to a low setting. Gently blend in cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, onion and garlic powders, your BBQ seasoning of choice, and black pepper. Keep stirring until you achieve a velvety sauce.
5. Introduce the spinach to the skillet and allow it to soften and fold into the sauce.
6. Time to bring in the fettuccine. Mix well ensuring the pasta is generously coated.
7. Do a taste test. If needed, adjust the seasoning for that perfect zest.
8. Allow it to sit off the flame for a few minutes, letting the myriad of flavors infuse beautifully.
9. Plate it up while it’s still warm. And don’t forget that sumptuous slice of GoodRanchers Ribeye as the cherry on top!
