The VIRAL Chopped Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub

Step 1: Rub the chicken thighs with a BBQ seasoning and grill on medium-high heat until the inner temperature hits 165°F. Simultaneously, fry the bacon in a pan until crunchy and toast the sub rolls on the grill.

Step 2: On a chopping board, lay down shredded lettuce, then top with grilled chicken, bacon, Banana Peppers, Red Onion, and tomato slices. Chop and mix them together.

Step 3: Season the mixture with salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Step 4: Give everything a thorough blend to ensure all ingredients meld well.

Step 5: Pile a hearty amount of the mixture onto your toasted sub roll, serve, and savor.
