The Baddest Homemade Ranch

Mayo Recipe:

Whisk 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, a small pinch of salt, a tiny squeeze of lemon, half a tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 1.25 cups of neutral oil in a jar or cup.

Use an immersion blender to combine, or whisk together in a bowl and add the oil a little at a time while continuously whisking.

Continue blending or whisking until you have mayo.

Ranch Recipe:

Finely chop 1.5 tablespoons each of chives, dill, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together a cup of homemade mayo, the chopped herbs, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, half a tablespoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Whisk in half a cup of buttermilk.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
