Spicy Mayo Sauce Sandwich

First, prepare the Spicy Mayo Sauce: Combine ½ cup water, ½ cup white vinegar, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, and half a jar of Hot Crispy Oil in a pot and bring to a boil. In a separate small bowl, mix ½ tsp cornstarch with a small amount of water until smooth, then add it to the pot. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Take the pot off the heat, let the sauce cool completely, and then mix it with 1 cup of mayo until well combined.

For the ultimate sandwich experience, assemble your sandwich using the following components: Toasted Sourdough Bread, Roasted Garlic, Burrata Cheese, Steak, Caramelized Onions, a generous spread of the Spicy Mayo, and Fresh Parmesan Cheese.
