Pumpkin Spice Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

1. Butter the baking pans.
2. Mix warm milk, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until the temperature is 100-110˚F.
3. Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and let it sit for 1 minute.
4. Add 4 cups of flour. Mix well. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat your oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
6. After the first rise, add ¾ cup of flour, baking powder, and salt to the dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface.
7. Roll the dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle.
8. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon. Add the Pumpkin Spice Bacon on top. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
9. Cut the log into slices and place them in the prepared baking pan. Let the rolls rise for an additional 30 minutes.
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
11. For the frosting: In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle the frosting generously over the warm cinnamon rolls.
12. Lastly, sprinkle chopped bacon (presumably from the Pumpkin Spice Bacon) on top of the frosted cinnamon rolls.
