Jalapeno Popper Armadillo Eggs with Sweet & Savory Glaze

Core and seed your jalapenos. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and your favorite seasonings together and fill your jalapenos. Form a small ball of Wagyu ground beef and flatten it in your hand. Place the stuffed jalapeno in the center of the flattened beef and wrap it around the jalapeno to form a ball shape. Wrap the beef ball in bacon, with one piece vertically and the other piece horizontally. Smoke or bake at 250°F until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160°F. For the glaze: Heat sesame oil in a pan and add your garlic until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Thicken on medium heat, constantly stirring. When thick, glaze on your Wagyu beef armadillo eggs and return them to the smoker or oven for another hour.
