Incredible McChicken Recipe

1. Process the chicken breasts in a food processor to achieve desired consistency for patties.
2. Preheat oil to 375°F (190°C) in a deep fryer or large pot for frying.
3. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
4. Massage this spice mixture thoroughly into each side of the chicken breasts.
5. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, 1/2 Tsp chilli powder, 1 Tsp paprika, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for the breadcrumb blend.
6. Dip each spiced chicken breast into the breadcrumb mix, pressing firmly to ensure it adheres completely.
7. Carefully fry the breaded chicken breasts in the preheated oil until they reach a golden-brown hue and are completely cooked through, which typically takes around 5-6 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, prepare the zesty sauce by mixing the light mayonnaise (or regular mayo), mustard, and garlic powder.
9. Assemble the sandwich: Place crisp iceberg lettuce on the toasted brioche bun, followed by the fiery cooked chicken breast, and finally, generously top it off with the prepared zesty sauce.
10. Enjoy your Incredible & Tasty Fiery McChicken sandwich!

For a healthier route: Instead of frying, bake the chicken at 375°F (190°C) in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
