High Protein Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta

Prep the steak: Cut steak into 2–3 inch pieces. Rub with avocado oil and season generously with Steak Seasoning, reserving 2 teaspoons for the Alfredo sauce.

Cook the steak: Heat a large skillet to medium-high and add 3 tbsp avocado oil. Cook steak bites for a few minutes per side, flipping once, until browned and cooked to your liking. Transfer to a bowl and cover with foil to keep warm.

Garlic butter coating: Reduce heat to low. Add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Toss the cooked steak in this garlic butter, then set aside again and cover.

Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet (with residual butter), add 4 tbsp butter and the remaining garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, half and half, and 2 tsp Meatlicious Steak Seasoning. Simmer over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Finish the sauce: Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the diced green onions. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (don’t add extra salt until after Parmesan — it’s naturally salty).

Combine: Add the drained fettuccine into the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the Alfredo sauce.

Serve: Top with the garlic butter steak bites, sprinkle extra Parmesan and green onions over the top, and serve immediately.
