Garlic Butter Steak

1. Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Cook the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
3. Season: Stir in the parsley and lemon juice if using. Add a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
4. Drizzle: Pour the garlic butter over your cooked steak, or use a spoon to drizzle it on top right before serving.

Pro Tip for Steak: For the perfect pan-seared steak, bring it to room temp, heavily season with salt and pepper, and heat a small amount of oil in a hot pan. Sear each side for 3-4 minutes, flipping only once for that golden, crispy crust—or, if you’re a pro, just keep flipping for an even more evenly cooked steak with a great crust!
