EASY BACON CHEESEBURGER WELLINGTONS

💫 Set your oven to warm up at 400°F (200°C).

💫 Blend the ground beef with onion, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.

💫 Shape them into small rectangular patties. Insert a cheese stick into the middle of each, then add a layer of the beef mixture on top to cover the cheese. Followed by Truff’s Hotter Sauce, Press the edges to enclose. This should yield about four stuffed patties.

💫 Spread out a strip of cooked bacon on a piece of puff pastry sized just right to wrap one of the stuffed patties. Place about four pieces of American cheese over the bacon.

💫 Position a stuffed patty at the narrower side of the pastry. Glaze the exposed pastry areas with an egg wash. Gently roll up the pastry around the patty, making sure to fold the ends under.

💫 Cook in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until the center indicates it’s fully done.
