Cheeseburger Dip 🍔 Recipe ⬇️ Dip 🔸 2 lb ground beef 🔸 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 🔸 4 garlic cloves, minced 🔸 2 tbsp burger rub or seasoning blend 🔸 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 🔸 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed 🔸 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 🔸 ¼ cup ketchup 🔸 ¼ cup mayonnaise 🔸 2 tbsp original hot sauce Topping 🔸 1 plum tomato, diced 🔸 ¼ cup diced yellow onion 🔸 ¼ cup diced dill pickle 🔸 1 tbsp dill pickle brine Instructions 1. Preheat the grill: Fire up your Weber Searwood to 350°F and close the lid. Let it preheat for about 10 minutes. 2. Brown the beef: In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon (about 5–7 minutes). Use a slotted spoon to transfer the beef to a bowl, leaving any rendered fat in the pan. 3. Sauté and combine: Add the chopped onion to the same skillet and cook until softened (about 5 minutes). Stir in the garlic for another minute until fragrant. Return the cooked beef to the pan, then mix in the burger rub, Worcestershire sauce, Velveeta, cheddar, ketchup, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. Stir until the cheeses start melting and everything’s coated. 4. Smoke the dip: Smooth out the mixture in the skillet and transfer it directly to the Weber Searwood grates. Close the lid and smoke at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted and bubbling around the edges. 5. Prepare the topping: While the dip cooks, combine diced tomato, onion, pickle, and pickle brine in a small bowl. 6. Finish and serve: Carefully remove the skillet from the grill. Top with the fresh pickle mixture and serve hot with chips, pretzels, or veggies. #recipe #carnivore #appetizers #food
