Carne Asada Steak Fries

1. Make the Fries:

- Peel and cut potatoes into thin fries. Soak in cold water.

- Pat dry, then fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden and crispy.

- Season with salt immediately after frying.

2. Prep and Cook the Carne Asada:

- Mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and mole sauce in a bowl. Add steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Cook the steak on high heat (grill or skillet) for 4-5 minutes per side, until medium rare. Let rest, then slice thinly against the grain.

3. Assemble the Fries:

- Layer fries on a serving platter. Sprinkle cheese over hot fries to melt.

- Add sliced carne asada, then dollop guacamole and sour cream on top.

- Spoon pico de gallo and mole sauce over the fries. Add jalapeños and cilantro for garnish.
