BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH RECIPE!

1. Salt and pepper chicken (thighs).
2. Dredge chicken thighs in your egg mixture, then your flour mixture and repeat once more. Then dredge into your cornflakes.
3. Fry for 4-5 minutes (or until golden brown). Set aside to dry.
4. Make Buffalo Sauce: Add 1/3 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup hot sauce.
5. Coat Chicken in Buffalo Sauce.
6. For Homemade Ranch: Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup buttermilk or regular milk, 1 tsp dried dill weed, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp dried chives, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp finely cracked pepper, 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice.
7. Assemble sandwiches with the buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, melted pepper jack cheese, pickles, and a dollop of homemade ranch dressing on a bun.
