BBQ Chicken Pizza Bread

1. Cook chicken then chop into small pieces along with your cooked bacon.
2. Begin by slicing your Italian Style Bread in half and separating the top from the bottom. Pull out the excess bread on both halves so you create some room for the mozzarella cheese and chicken.
3. Stuff the divot with shredded mozzarella cheese, then take a handful of your Chicken + Bacon and cover the cheese with it. Make sure to really pack it in there as you want to keep it tight, so it doesn’t fall out while being face down on the grill (pro tip: Put in fridge for 20 minutes so it holds better).
4. Take out the bread and place it on the grill for 5 minutes face down, the goal here is to cook the chicken a bit more and melt the cheese underneath it. After 5 minutes you can flip them over and put them on the indirect side of your grill (use a spatula).
5. Turn up the heat on the grill while keeping the bread on the indirect side. Add Pizza Sauce then more Mozzarella and finally the pepperonis. From here you cover again until the cheese is melted.
6. Pull it, top with honey and enjoy!
