BBQ Chicken Hot Pocket

Cook chicken breasts with your favorite seasoning. Chop cooked chicken breasts and bacon. Cover the chopped chicken and bacon with Barbecue hot sauce. Roll out your puff pastry. Cut your puff pastry to be double the size of your desired hot pocket. Add pepper jack cheese, the chicken and bacon mixture, and mozzarella cheese onto one half of the pastry. Fold over the opposite side of your pastry and use a fork to crimp the edges to seal. Cut the edges to ensure it’s sealed properly. Top with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Bake in the smoker or oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Top again with melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley before serving. Enjoy!
