BBQ Chicken, Bacon, and Secret Creamy White Sauce Stuffed Pizza

1. Start by cooking your chicken and bacon, then chop them into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the Italian Style Bread in half and remove some bread from each half to make room for the filling.
3. Stuff the hollowed-out bread with shredded mozzarella, and then top it with the chicken and bacon mixture. Press it down firmly for a snug fit. (Pro tip: Chill it in the fridge for 20 minutes to set).
4. Grill the bread halves, stuffing-side down, for about 5 minutes. This will help to cook the chicken a bit more and melt the cheese. Then flip the halves and move them to the grill’s indirect heat side.
5. Crank up the heat while keeping the bread on the indirect side. Layer your bread with a generous spread of pizza sauce, sprinkle more mozzarella, and add pepperoni slices. Cover and cook until the cheese is gooey and melted.
6. Pull your pizza off the grill, drizzle with some honey, and voila! Your mouthwatering BBQ Chicken + Bacon Flatbread Pizza is ready to serve and savor!
